You are now just 3 steps away from having a confirmed go live date for your new Internet connection!

1. Product Selection: Decide which of our products best suits your company’s requirements. You can either compare our products or talk to one of our advisors on 020 7125 7125.


2. Place your order: Either call one of our Sales consultants on 020 7125 7125 or click the link to place you order online. Either way you will then receive a confirmation email, you then need to click on the link to accept the Terms and Conditions.


3. Book your appointment: Within 4 working hours you will get a call back form a member of our provisioning to book the engineering visit to connect your circuit. We offer either morning or afternoon engineering slots, usually in as little as 4 days time.

One of the key benefits of our Sure Connect and lease Connect products is the short lead time to get you connected. Unless there are any technical issues these products should go live within 10 days. In cases where you are likely to incur a delay you will be notified by the Edge Telecom provisioning team at the time they make the appointment for the engineer to install the circuit.

Unless you have ordered our managed CPE you will receive the equipment required to run the service by post in about 4 days time. Please check this link to see what to do when this equipment arrives. It will normally take our activations team 2 days to activate your service after the physical connection has been installed.
