Proactive network monitoring is available on request at an additional monthly charge. Sure SDSL is available with a 10 day lead time, subject to site survey and a £250 installation charge.
Our SDSL products are dedicated bandwidth, not to be confused with some of our competitors 5-1, 10-1 and 20-1 contended services. |
As we will install a new telephone line for your SDSL service, you do not even need to have a BT line on site to apply for this service. Just talk to one of our Sales team on 020 7125 7125 and within 10 minutes you could have a confirmed install date for your new internet service. For more details on the ordering process please visit our how to order section.
What is SDSL?
SDSL - Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line. SDSL technology provides identical bandwidth in both directions upstream and downstream. This allows you to upload and download at the same speed which is ideal for companies who send a lot of data over the Internet or host their own web or mail servers. In comparison ADSL allows you to upload at a fraction of your download speed.
As an example you could upload a 1MB file in 4 seconds with a 2Mb SDSL connection.
